Please pray for Ripon Christian School as we prepare for Spiritual Emphasis Week, January 31 to February 3. Spiritual Emphasis Week is a week-long exercise in spiritual growth. Rev. Dave Lindner from Bridge of Life Church in Sacramento, CA, will be speaking to Grades K through 5. Parents are welcome to join us at 8:45 at Calvary Reformed Church on Tuesday, January 31 thru Thursday, February 2.
The group AXIS, part of Summit Ministries, will be working with Grades 6 through 12. AXIS is a traveling team of post-college students from Colorado Springs. In their ministry, they use over fifty clips from movies, songs, and the Internet, to interactively teach on culture, critical thinking and worldview.
Pray for God's blessing on this week. Care packages will once again be sent to our servicemen overseas. Donations are welcome to offset costs for the speakers and service project expenses (e.g., shipping costs for soldier care packages). Please make your donation payable to Ripon Christian School, 435 N. Maple, Ripon, CA, 95366, and please write SEW on the memo line. Contributions for the care packages can be brought to the elementary office.

"What Students Think About and Tools for Effective Family Discipleship"
The group AXIS will be ministering and working with Grades 6 through 12. The mission of AXIS is to creatively educate hearts by questioning assumptions, interpreting media, and equipping communities to move from apathy to compassionate action. AXIS believes that parents are appointed by God to be the primary educators of their children. In this meeting, AXIS wants to equip parents with the information and tools they need to understand their students and educate them to think wisely about ideas influencing them. Everyone is welcome to attend this informative time with AXIS. Please join the AXIS team on Monday evening, January 30 at 7:00 pm in the PAC.
