GENERAL DUTIES:
The Chairperson of each committee is responsible for contacting other members as to when meetings are being held as well as other pertinent communication within the group. Dates for events must be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Committees need to check with the high school secretary to avoid conflicts with other school activities.
Each committee is responsible for their own advertising. This could include advertising through the Communique, supporting church bulletins, News of Note, and The Ripon Record.
If you are unable to serve on your committee, please find a substitute and notify your chairperson.
COMMITTEE & MEMBERS:
Opportunity is given at the May meeting for members to sign up for the next school year's committee. Volunteers will be requested at the September meeting to fill any openings.
