Ripon Christian Lower School Principal

Ripon Christian Schools is seeking a Lower School Principal to lead our K–5 campus. We are looking for a relational, mission-minded educator who can help create a safe, nurturing, and academically strong environment while supporting teachers and partnering with parents. This full-time role is an opportunity to guide students in their faith and learning and help strengthen our school community. Director of Discipleship
Ripon Christian Schools is seeking a Director of Discipleship to lead the spiritual growth of students and faculty. This role involves equipping faculty to integrate a Reformed worldview across all subjects and fostering a Christ-centered culture within the school.
The Director will mentor students, oversee chapel and discipleship programs, and teach Bible courses that encourage students to live out their faith authentically. Candidates must subscribe to the three forms of unity and be an active member of a local Reformed church upon hire.
