The Mission & Goals of the RC Foundation- Leaving Your Legacy
Since 1928, Ripon Christian Schools has partnered with families in the Ripon community to provide a Christ-centered education. With over 800 students enrolled and hundreds of alumni serving in their churches, communities, and homes, Ripon Christian continues to prepare students to lead with faith, integrity, and purpose.
To ensure the long-term financial stability of the school, the Ripon Christian Foundation was established in the 1970s as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Its mission is to preserve and grow resources that protect and extend the heritage of Christian education for future generations. Through careful management of gifts and endowments, the Foundation provides lasting financial support, helping the school thrive today and in the future.
Purpose & Use of Foundation Funds
The RC Foundation serves as a key financial pillar for Ripon Christian Schools, with all gifts carefully managed and invested for both immediate and long-term impact. The Foundation accepts various types of gifts, including cash, checks, securities, property, life insurance, and estate gifts. These donations are placed in separate trust accounts, where only a portion of the earnings is used annually to support the school, while the remaining earnings are reinvested to grow the fund over time.
Foundation Funds are used to:
Foundation funds help preserve affordable access to Christ-centered education.
Foundation funds sustain the long-term financial stability of school operations.
Foundation funds enhance the curriculum and foster academic excellence.
Foundation funds help offset the rising costs of Christian education.
Foundation funds are used to provide student scholarships and tuition assistance.
Foundation funds support teacher training and professional development.
